Did Nintendo Have Wii In Mind For A While?

I found a link to this youtube video on digg.com today:

OK, so it doesn't spell "we" like that in the video, but this is interesting, is it not? It seems to fit quite perfectly. This was Nintendo's "Revolution EXPAND" promo Video from 2005. What do you guys think?
