Odd. This fellow, who used to work for Midway, is suing Nintendo because he claimed that he had the idea for the Wii before, obviously, Nintendo did.
His evidence (I guess) involves this "technology brief" that he made in 2000.
After viewing the video, all I can say is: Dude, I'm glad the "brief" was referring to the video and not your underwear, because man...

What is with this guy? White Hanes t-shirt and boxer shorts? Isn't anyone else a little afraid that some junk might spill out when he gets going with his little demo?
Of course, as to the lawsuit itself, that has no merit, in this blogger's opinion: motion sensing was never new technology to begin with.

Wow... not only did this guy invent the Wii first, he might have also invented Comic Book Guy first.
