Free Online Games vs. second hand shop – finding retro Nintendo games
My old N64 kicked the bucket the other day. I am determined to somewhere find another one, as every so often the mood takes me and suddenly I become inclined towards some retro gaming.

To get my fix of my favourites such as Goldeneye and Super Mario 64, however, I had to find a place to download classic Nintendo games on to my PC. While free online games will keep me satisfied on the retro front momentarily, none of it will beat the feeling of a rumble pack shaking your concentration when trying to snipe that enemy in the distance, through the fog of the Surface level in Goldeneye.
While an auction site like Ebay can be an endlessly useful resource when trying to find the bits and pieces to keep your older consoles working, it was actually in a local second hand shop that I happened to walk into that I found a replacement for the main body of my N64, so do a little rummaging!
