That's right, boys and girls, the hyrule.net image was a complete fake. The hyrule.net webmaster himself admitted to creating it, as you can read here. Pretty messed up, right?

Maybe not. The way the image creator sees it, we needed this. And maybe we did. I spent an hour peering at this image, expanding it, examining the fire, and comparing it to other screen shots until I decided it was a fake. And, lo and behold, I was right! As you can see from the picture above, the biggest torch was clearly photoshopped from another screenshot, and that's that.

The lesson, as always, is if you lie about something, the internet will eventually catch you. Just ask James Frey.
