Nintendo DS
by John B on December 20, 2006
The captivating and simple flash webtoy Line Rider is making its way to the Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii, all thanks to the California-based software company inXile Entertainment. Oh, and tens of thousands of fans. Let's thank them too. Originally an illustration class project by Bostjan Cadez (aka FSK), line rider caught many people's attention with its simple concept that left open a world of possibilities.

Using a bare-bones tool set, all you do is draw lines for a character on a sled to slide down. Your only limitation is your imagination, so the more creative you get the more fun you'll have. The game will work extraordinarily well on the Wii and DS thanks to their unique interfaces.
inXile plans to release both versions of Line Rider, which will include extra features not found in the current release, sometime in the spring of 2007. In the meantime, have loads of fun with the free flash version!
