New Wii Website – VC Notifier
VC Notifier is a site dedicated to Nintendo's Virtual Console, the online shopping mall for classic video game downloads. Each week a few new games are made available and VC Notifier makes sure you don't forget. Sign up for the free bare-bones service and you can get e-mail notifications or an SMS message sent to your cell phone whenever new games appear on the service. The site is working on adding reviews for every Virtual console game, making it a (sorely needed) one-stop location for VC information.

I’m considering getting Sonic and/or Golden Axe via the VC for the Wii. Thoughts?

Hey! Sonic is golden, especially if you’ve never beaten it. Golden Axe, on the other hand… I haven’t played it, and I haven’t heard positive things about it, either. So… nah.
