New WiiWare Titles

One of the elements which keeps the Wii the freshest console on the market is the ever expanding and updating WiiWare. With constant additions to the downloadable virtual games, there is something for everyone on it. One of the most recent new releases is the rather simply named Lead the Meerkats. You get split from your pack and must build your own to survive, burrowing for food and taking on enemies. Puzzle games, though, are normally the best on WiiWare, and we intend to try out Voodoo Dice for you. Check back soon for the review!

The Virtual Console releases classic games from old consoles, faithfully porting them onto the Wii. It sees the release of one noticeable title in particular, one which we are incredibly excited about: Kirby's Fun Pak! We at the House were big fans of the Kirby series, and this compilation of six games from the Super Nintendo will allow us to indulge in some shameless nostalgia. If any other Kirby fans get the chance to try this out before we do, let us know all about it!
