Nintendo's Best Sellers

Third-party developers have always said that when you make games for Nintendo's systems, your biggest competition is Nintendo themselves. With franchises like Zelda, Mario, Pokemon and Nintendogs under your belt, how can you lose? Nintendo has always pushed for creativity and innovation and their games reflect that quite well. The latest sales data from Amazon.com for the Wii and DS shows Nintendo's game-making skills are as strong as ever. On the DS, nine out of the top ten best selling games were made by Nintendo. For the Wii they share the spotlight a bit, only hogging four out of ten. We'll see how that changes once the heavy-hitting titles such as Metroid Prime 3, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy hit stores. Read below for the full list.
