Nintendo’s new controller

As expected by many Nintendo fans, the Big N's new controller may very well be imitated by its competitors. While it is likely too late for Microsoft to implement a similar idea with the Xbox 360, Sony has plenty of time to get their own free-hand controller into production.
And that's just what they're doing, according to razoric.com. The author of razoric.com received an email from a supposed Adobe/Macromedia employee, who for some reason was dying to let razoric.com know some insider information. The email read:
"Sony are prepping our new mobile 'Flash Lite' platform for PSP and PS3. They intend to Combat XBox Live Arcade with downloadable flash games to your PS3 and PSP. They understand the potential of Flash Lite since the development costs are low and we have a DRM solution in place so online content delivery is taken care of.
"Got some PS2 info if you're interested too. Sony intend to make it their 'Revolution Killer'. They're working on tieing in Eyetoy and some kind of controller similar to the Revolution controller. With a 100M+ userbase, tens of thousands of mature and documented dev kits and the very low cost of producing Rev style games on the PS2 platform they're expecting to mobilise another 50M units over the next 5 years precipitated by a $99 price point in 2007."
OK. It's logical that Sony would want to combat the Revolution, but I have my doubts about this email. First off, the email has a few spelling and grammatical errors, which may or may not indicate that this guy isn't the smartest person around. Then again, a quick email to razoric.com probably doesn't warrant much proofreading.
Whatever the case, this has to be considered just a rumor for now.
