Ocarina of Time hitting European VC
Filed in archive Wii on February 23, 2007
Well now there's a bit of a shocker. European Wii gamers get their new Virtual console games every Friday, and today they woke up to something spectacular. Widely considered one of the top Zelda games, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was Link's first foray into 3D. Since then fuzzy feelings of nostalgia have been created in gamers' hearts all over the world. Nice job, NoE! And before North American gamers get jealous, remember that Europe doesn't have The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past yet, so it's kind of a trade off.
UPDATE: Looks like North America doesn't have to wait long. Nintendo of America just announced that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will be hitting the Virtual Console this monday, February 26. Snag it for 1000 Wii Points at noon EST.
