Phantom Hourglass dated!
...in Japan, anyway. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass represents a return to old-school 2D-ish Zelda adventuring while preserving the beautiful cel-shaded art style found in Wind Waker. The DS game was originally scheduled for last fall, only to be pushed back to sometime later this year. According to the latest issue of the Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is slated for a June 23 release in Japan. Does that mean the vague "holiday 2007" North American release will be pushed up, or do we have to sit and wait while our overseas friends enjoy the game?
