As a self-confessed Poke-freak, I am counting down the days for Pokemon Battle Revolution. With online gaming (yay!), Wii controls and... Pokemon galore, what more could you want? (Unless you don't like Pokemon, in which case, you might want more)




Well, Nintendo Life has managed to rustle up a nice collection of really hi-res screens of the game in action. And while I'm drooling at the idea of getting my Wii Poke-battle on, I have to say that the Pokemon themselves are looking about jaggy and less than convincing. I know Wii isn't the world's greatest graphics machine, but when the backgrounds look a lot better than the Pokemon, something's a bit off.

That said, it could just be the sheer size of the pictures. And let's face it, when the battle's on, who has time to focus on such trivial details.
