So Spyborgs isn't really Capcom's big Wii Surprise?

Ah, Christian Svensson, you clever dog you. You kidded us all with the nice but perhaps not we expected Spyborgs, but it appears like that was only a clever ruse. Behold their fully armed and operational battle station:
from N-Europe:
Issue #25 of NGamer Magazine features a very small preview of Spyborgs, with an enigmatic quote nestled within. "There's a bullet with our name on it if we speak of their ultra top secret Wii title (a surprising take on a next-gen favourite), so we'll stick to the safer, though still intruiging, Spyborgs."
Hmm... Devil May Cry? Lost Planet? Maybe even.... Mega Man? Who knows, but all should be revealed sometime in July.
Still, though, I feel a little sorry for the development team for Spyborgs. There is no reason why fans shouldn't anticipate this game. Funny how, at least with Nintendo, gamers don't really mind cartoony graphics, but they seem to mind it when it comes from Capcom.
In any case, we should all be pumped for this surprise title as well. It looks like 2009 will be the year for third party Wii support... just as I have predicted many times on this and other blogs. Capcom learned from Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles that you can take a hardcore franchise and make a special, Wii exclusive version and have success. That is probably what they are going to do here.
Hat tip to Gonintendo.
