Solar powered Wii kiosk
The crafty folks at Tom's Hardware have done what no one has even considered doing before: build a mobile solar powered Wii kiosk. The cart houses an HD TV, speakers and a Wii and will run for approximately 7 hours in full daylight. The panel provides a fraction of the power needed to run the hardware, so the battery is a necessity. The whole bundle costs just shy of $1,500 to build, not that anyone else actually wants to do it. I'll take my gaming indoors, thank you very much.
