SEGA announced this week that Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz will be coming to the Nintendo Wii, and, as expected, will take full advantage of the console's crazy controller.
"The Nintendo Revolution presents a totally unique avenue for our developers to explore the art of game design," said SEGA VP of marketing Scott A. Steinberg. "Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz will present a mind-boggling array of gameplay innovations that will excite and challenge gamerswhile pushing the boundaries of imagination forward."
Characters will be able to jump when players flick their controllers upwards, which is sure to please fans of the series, especially in the mini-games. SEGA has many new party games planned, including a ring toss game as well as a "whack-a-mole" style game. Stay tuned for more info during E3.
