Wii

An interesting little homebrew program launches a Wii-like frontend for PC users, complete with the jingling background music and oversized buttons to launch programs. You can customize the channels to run any program or folder on your computer, even set it to launch websites such as news or weather (or House of Nintendo). The cursor even mimics the Wii hand icon! Unfortunately the program doesn't support the Wii remote at the moment, but future upgrades promise to rectify that. Imagine playing Half-Life on your PC using the motion sensitive controller, then pausing, hitting the "home" button and seeing the Wii interface appear on your monitor. Not a bad idea.
