Wii Year in Review (IGN)

Ok, so it hasn't exactly been around all year. Nevertheless, the Nintendo Wii has made a huge impact on both the gaming and non-gaming world in the last month or so. Introducing a new direction in video game systems isn't easy, but the Wii has done it quite successfully. Case in point: show Wii Sports to any member of your family and let them play. You'll have a new fan almost instantly.

IGN takes a look at the freshly minted Wii and gives their thoughts on the launch, the system's hits and misses, and peers into the future using their Magic Eye of Future Peering +4 to see what the next year might hold. It's a good look back and offers some interesting (but mostly obvious) opinions.
